So it turns out I totally forgot to upload the 3 games I made for the More is Better Jam, back in May. I made 3 games, just silly experimental stuff, but lots of fun to work on.
I also started work on 2 others. One of them is going to be my next main release! MaoXMao is a short metroidvania about escaping a factory with some cats. It's thematically inspired by Escape from Puppy Death Factory, as well as a story I heard from John Green that Mao ordered the extermination of cats and dogs as he considered pets to be bourgeois. I also had fun animating cats, because cats. That'll be out in a few weeks.
I also started working on a multiplayer zombie shooter, focused on gamepad use. That was fun, but as I only have one standard PC gamepad, I ran into a bunch of issues progressing to the actual multiplayer component, and decided to put it to one side.
In other news, Chick Flaps has inexplicably made me some actual money in the last year, which is pretty good for a clone I made in 8 hours. Makes me want to make more things- even though it's not actually in any way a sustainable income, passive income is a fun thing to experience, even in small doses.
Otherwise, I'm busy working and learning tons on placement. Got some projects going on myself, but Imma probably never make enough of them to go public.
